About The Owner

Sanne S. Bogart

Sanne was born in Copenhagen Denmark. She has spent many years abroad, exposed to different cultures and a wide variety of exotic foods and customs. Being a Chocolatier and Wine Enthusiast allows her to bring the history of wine and chocolate together, to be enjoyed and shared with others for an elegant and engaging experience. 

Sanne lives in the Dallas Metroplex area with her husband and two children. She is a certified Wine Cellar Manager through the "International Wine & Spirits Guild" and was mentored in the art of Chocolatiering for seven years by Troy Easton, owner of Sublime Chocolate in Allen, Texas.
